This Lower Body workout focuses on total glute activation. This routine is mainly done on the mat and will focus on burning out the glute muscles to fatigue the muscles and build strong, perky glutes! We will use a set of heavy weights, a resistance band, and a set of ankle weights. Equipment is always optional. Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection for true muscular engagement.
