  • DAY 14 - OBLIQUES + ARMS + CORE

    Episode 1

    This routine focuses on deep core work with intense oblique focus and heavy weights for the upper body. We will use a set of heavy weights and a block. Equipment is always optional. Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection for maximum engagement.

  • DAY 9 - STRETCH

    Episode 2

    This 15-minute full-body stretch focuses on releasing the hips and opening up the hip flexors. No equipment is needed.

  • DAY 13 - LOWER BODY STRENGTH

    Episode 3

    This routine uses a set of heavy weights for a lower-body strength workout. We will focus on slow controlled movements with mind-to-muscle connection. equipment is not needed, focus on muscular engagement.

  • DAY 12 - CARDIO SCULPT

    Episode 4

    This 30-minute, full-body cardio sculpt will get your heart rate up with cardio burst and strength components. We will use a set of medium weights, but no equipment is needed. Focus on breath, form, and mind-to-muscle connection.

  • DAY 15 - FULL BODY REFORMER ON THE MAT

    Episode 5

    This full-body routine focuses on control and moving slowly with the use of sliders, a block, and a medium set of weights. No equipment is needed, focus on the mind to muscle to connection for maximum results.

  • DAY 11 - FULL BODY

    Episode 6

    This full-body routine will burn out your full body with the use of a resistance band and a set of medium and light weights. No equipment is needed, focus on slow, controlled, intentional movement to maximize the burn.

  • DAY 13 - LOWER BODY WITH A QUICK CORE BURN

    Episode 7

    This lower-body-focused workout uses medium weights and a resistance band to burn out your lower-body and aims to lengthen and sculpt your legs and booty with strength and Pilates moves. We end with a quick core burner. Always know that equipment is optional! Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection.

  • DAY 16 - STRETCH (LOWER BODY FOCUS)

    Episode 8

    This stretch routine focuses on opening up the hip flexors and lengthening the back body. Enjoy a juicy stretch that can be done anywhere with 0 equipment.
