  • DAY 21 - CORE + OBLIQUES + ARMS

    Episode 1

    This routine fouces on deep core work, intense Pilates Obliques, and upper body strength work. We will use a Pilates ball, medium set of weights, and ankle weights. Equipment not needed, focus on the mind-to-muscle connection for maximum results.

  • DAY 20 - LOWER BODY

    Episode 2

    This lower-body routine focuses on strengthening the booty with ankle weights a Pilates ball, and slow and controlled movements. Equipment is not necessary. Focus son the mind-to-muscle connection.

  • DAY 23 - STRETCH (UPPER BODY FOCUS)

    Episode 3

    This stretch routine focuses on the upper body. You will feel expansion through your chest, back and shoulders. This routine is designed so that you can do it anywhere, anytime, with no equipment.

  • DAY 19 - CARDIO SCULPT

    Episode 4

    Full body cardio sculpt focused on lymphatic drainage and core and oblique burner. No equipment needed or used.

  • DAY 18 - FULL BODY

    Episode 5

    This full-body routine focuses on slow and controlled movements to maximize the burn with a set of weights. Equipment is not needed, focus on the mind-to-muscle connection.

  • DAY 22 - FULL BODY BURNER

    Episode 6
