    This routine is full body and designed to get you strong and sculpted with the use of a pilates ball and weights. You will be guided through the routine with pregnancy-safe modifications.
    As always, equipment is optional, but for our HAVN mamas, a Pilates ball is highly recommended.

  • OBLIQUES & CHEEKS - PILATES FOR PREGNANCY

    This routine uses a set of medium weights and a ring and focuses on strong obliques and glutes. It is perfect for post-partum mamas and mamas to be!
