    This is a Pilates core and upper-body strength focused workout with medium weights and a resistance band. Equipment is always optional.

  • CORE + ARMS + OBLIQUES

    This Pilates workout focuses on deep core and oblique work with supp-body strength. We use weights, but equipment is optional. Focus on muscle engagement and intentional movement.

  • CORE + OBLIQUES + ARMS

    This core, oblique, and arm workout focuses on Pilates deep core work with upper-body strength movements. We use weights, but no equipment is needed. Focus on engagement and the mind-to-muscle connection.

  • CORE + UPPER BODY

    This is a deep Pilates core workout with the use of a Pilates ball and weights paired with upper-body strength work. Equipment is optional, focus on muscle engagement and true mind-to-muscle engagement.

  • CORE + OBLIQUES + ARMS

    This workout focuses on Pilates deep core and oblique work with upper-body strength movements. We will be using ankle weights and a medium set of weights. Equipment is optional. Focus on connecting to your muscles to find deep and true muscle engagement.

  • CORE + OBLIQUES + ARMS - PILATES RING

    This workout uses a Pilates ring and ankle weights for a deep Pilates Core and Oblique burn. Followed by an upper body burn with the Pilates Ring and light wrist weights. Equipment is not needed. Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection.

    This routine will burn out your arms! Think long and sculpted arms. We will use 5 and 8 pound weights, but equipment is always optional. Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection.

  • PILATES ARMS & CARDIO CORE

    This routine focuses on long, lean arms with light weights and tons of reps. Plus get a cardio core burst at the end to strengthen your deep core and get your heartrate pumping! We will use light weights, but equipment is always optional. Focus on the mind-to-muscle connection for maximum benefit.
